This website has been created and is operated by PRG TRAVEL LTD, hereafter referred to as HOTELPLAYER.COM. Unless stated otherwise, the copyright of the material on this website is copyright of HOTELPLAYER.COM.
Service description
This website is for legitimate personal bookings and non commercial use. Your reservation is made directly with the Hotel or other accommodation supplier (hereafter referred to as 'Hotel') you have chosen. By confirming your reservation via this website you are entering into a contract with the Hotel.
The Hotel providing accommodation or other services on this site are independent contractors. For this reason, HOTELPLAYER.COM is not liable for the acts, mistakes or negligence of any such suppliers or for any personal injuries, death or other damages or expenses resulting from them.
Our service is based on information provided by the Hotels, which remain responsible for the correctness of this information. Hotels can alter the information about their services, such as prices and availability, at any moment. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that all information is accurate and error-free nor can we be held responsible for interruptions or non-delivery of information.
Our service is free of charge. HOTELPLAYER.COM will not charge any booking or cancellation fees.
Rates
All rates on the HOTELPLAYER.COM website are per room for your entire stay, unless stated differently. Hotels can alter the rates at any moment. Room rates at the time of securing your booking on HOTELPLAYER.COM is the price which you will pay directly to the Hotel.
Rates might exclude breakfast and/or local taxes. Please check carefully what is included and what is not before completing your booking.
Official Hotel rates are expressed in the currency selected by the Hotel itself, usually the official currency of the country you are visiting. HOTELPLAYER.COM gives you the opportunity to display rates in other currencies. Rates in other currencies are estimated and shown for reference only. Please note that there might be a variance between the reference price provided on our website and the actual amount charged to you by the Hotel, unless you pay in the same currency.
In addition, your bank might apply a different currency exchange rate (usually higher), plus your credit card may incur surcharges for payments made in other currencies.
Reservations
All successful reservations made via HOTELPLAYER.COM will be confirmed directly to the booker by email to the provided email address.
You are responsible to inform HOTELPLAYER.COM if you should not receive a confirmation email. This may occurs when you enter your email address incorrectly or as a result of a strong junk mail filter.
Please make sure you add our email address noreply@hotelplayer.com into your filtering software if used.
All bookings made on HOTELPLAYER.COM will be issued with a booking reference number. This number will be shown in the confirmation email of your booking.
In case you have lost this number, you may request it again by email. You are responsible to maintaining confidentiality of these numbers and securing access to your booking.
Special requests such as those entered into the remark-request box at the time of making your booking, will be delivered to the Hotel. However neither the Hotel nor HOTELPLAYER.COM.com shall be held liable should the Hotel fail to satisfy such requests.
Credit card guarantee
Hotels require credit card details in order to guarantee your reservation. Your credit card information will be sent directly to the reserved Hotel. When you make a booking you will automatically enter into an agreement with the Hotel you have chosen.
Unless otherwise stated in the Hotel details page, your credit card details are used only to guarantee your booking with the Hotel and no money will be deducted from your credit card account at time of making the booking.
Full payment must be made directly with the Hotel during the check-in or check-out procedure. Unless otherwise stated on the webpage, you can choose to settle your account in cash (in one of the currencies accepted by the Hotel), with the credit card provided to make the booking or with another credit card, provided the credit card is acceptable to the Hotel.
Should any problems occur regarding your credit card, the Hotel will inform you. Only valid credit cards are accepted for online booking with no exception and it is your responsibility to enter the correct details. After your booking has been completed the Hotel usually carry out a pre-authorization check on the credit card to ensure that the card is valid and that funds are available to guarantee the reservation. If your credit card does not provide a sufficient guarantee, the Hotel has the right to cancel your reservation and notify you of the cancellation by email. All financial issues are between the Hotel and the booker directly.
We take our responsibility regarding your credit card information very seriously using the industry standard 'Secure Socket Layer (SSL)' technology to encrypt your credit card details. HOTELPLAYER.COM will not charge your credit card in any circumstances.
Travel documents
When you arrive at the Hotel, the name of the lead guests will be your reference at the Hotel. The Hotel room will be reserved under the name that has been specified on the booking form upon booking. Hotels are informed that you will arrive without any Hotel vouchers.
You are always responsible to verify critical information (like visas, health and safety, customs and transportation) with the relevant authorities before you travel.
Cancellation
Please follow the instructions in the confirmation email in case you need to cancel your stay. Your chosen Hotel will typically have its own cancellation policy as displayed on the Hotel details page. Cancellations made within the time limit given by the Hotel will be free of charge. We recommend you read the cancellation policy of the Hotel carefully. If you cancel later than requested by the Hotel or do not show up, the Hotel might charge you a cancellation fee.
Please take into account that date of arrival starts at 0:00 AM (Hotel Local Time). HOTELPLAYER.COM will not charge you any cancellation fee in any circumstances. Should you wish to cancel your reservation, you can do so logging into your 'My Hotelplayer' account entering your email and password on the top-left corner of the home page or simply entering your email and the booking reference number if you are not registered. Alternatively, you can use the link provided in the confirmation email.
Overbooking
HOTELPLAYER.COM does not accept any liability for unavailability of rooms caused by the Hotel overselling the own room allocation. The Hotel takes full responsibility and should attempt to offer you a similar Hotel accommodation in the same quality and price classification.
Privacy
In using this web site, you consent to the collection and use of your Personal Information by HOTELPLAYER.COM in the ways described on the Privacy Policy statement.
Governing Law
The provisions of the Agreement are subject to English law and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to resolve any disputes relating thereto. You acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
Third Party Advertising
The ads appearing on this site are delivered to you, on our behalf, by our advertising partners. Information about your visit to this site, such as number of times you have viewed an ad (but not your name, address, or any other personal information), is used to serve ads.
