Description and interpretation

PRG TRAVEL LTD, having its offices in London, United Kingdom, 15-19 Cavendish Place, W1G 0DD, hereafter referred to as HOTELPLAYER.COM, is the publisher of online advertising for tourist and travel related companies or organizations. 'HOTELPLAYER.COM', 'Publisher', 'we', 'our', 'ourselves' and 'us' mean PRG TRAVEL LTD. 'Authors', 'Writers' shall mean the person who is submitting an article. 'Article', 'Work', 'Content', 'Post' mean any content provided to HOTELPLAYER.com by the Author.

By submitting your article you declare that you are the author of the article. You grant permission to Hotelplayer.com to publish your article on our website and have it distributed to our RSS feed, newsletters and social networks.

Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to submit an article and you need a Paypal account to receive a payment.

Article Submission Guidelines

The content of submitted articles must be informative and not a sales letter or a press release. You need to choose a specific travel destination among those available at Hotelplayer.com (see submission form).
Articles may contain information about tourist services, tourist attractions or other general activities related to the destination.
They must have proper English and punctuation. We reserve the right to correct typos or spelling errors.
We will not accept your ARTICLE in all CAPS.
We reserve the right to add a link to Hotelplayer.com and pictures at the end of your article.

Length restrictions

Submitted articles that are less than 300 or more then 750 words will not be approved and published.

Article Formatting and Links

We strongly recommend to submit by copying and pasting articles from a basic text editor like Notepad.
Html tags shouldn't be used. Only one link that begins with "http://" can be included in the "About the author" paragraph and would automatically appear as a hyperlink. Your links must remain live and MAY NOT contain a file to be downloaded of any type.

Copyright and Violations

The use of copyrighted material is prohibited. Authors should only submit their own original written work to which they have natural copyright.
Authors who are found to be in breach of copyright will be banned. All of their submitted content will be removed and any due payment (if any) will be suspended.

Payments

By submitting your article, authors have the opportunity to earn 50% of what is earned from Google AdSense.
Higher earnings are based on the number of views they receive, how popular their articles are, number of articles written, and the quality of their writing.
Hotelplayer.com will also occasionally give bonuses to certain writers who win certain contests set by us.
By submitting your article, you agree and recognize that Hotelplayer.com determines, in its sole discretion, the amount of money you earn for the articles that you post, if any money at all.
You are solely responsible for all taxes which may be applicable, such as, federal, state, local, and foreign taxes or charges imposed by any government entity, directly or indirectly, in connection with your submission of articles to Hotelplayer.com for publication.
We have no obligation to pay you any of your earnings and may deduct earnings, in our sole discretion, if we suspect or determine that you are improperly attempting to increase earnings from your articles by repeated manual clicking of advertisements, using robots to increase page impressions, third-party services, requesting for end users to click advertisements, using deceptive software, click exchange programs, traffic exchange programs, artificial click systems and page view systems which increase traffic to your article page, and any other unethical ways of increasing traffic/advertisement clicks.
We reserve the right to delete, suspend, withhold earnings, and disqualify you as Author if we suspect any unethical behavior and/or if you violate any of the Terms and Conditions. If you dispute any payment made by Hotelplayer.com, notify us by sending an email to support@hotelplayer.com within thirty (30) days of receipt of such payment. Not notifying Hotelplayer.com within 30 days will result in you waiving any claim relating to such dispute. Hotelplayer.com will always act in the most ethical manner and will use reasonable efforts to resolve any and all disputes.
You agree that Hotelplayer.com has no liability to you or any third party for any failures to make payments because of you not providing accurate or complete information upon article submission.

Cancellation and Termination

Hotelplayer.com may cancel or remove any articles in its sole discretion any time, for any reason or no reason at all. Authors may request for an article to be suspended or cancelled. Requests must be sent by email to support@hotelplayer.com at least 3 days before the date of termination. Any due payments (if any) will be suspended.

Information provision

Authors agree to our sending to them by e-mail updates any additional information in respect of HOTELPLAYER.COM new features and other information from time to time as we consider appropriate in our absolute discretion.

Data protection

Hotelplayer.com comply at all times with all relevant data protection and privacy laws which arise in connection with these Terms and Conditions including but not limited to those obligations relating to personal data concerning advertisers.

Non-exclusivity

Nothing in this Agreement confers any rights on either party to restrict the other party's ability to do business, or choose not to do business, with other entities.

Third party rights

A person who is not a party of this Agreement shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Party) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this Agreement. This clause does not affect any right or remedy of any person which exists or is available otherwise than pursuant to that Act.

Severability

In the event that any provision of this Agreement is void, voidable, illegal or otherwise unenforceable a court of competent jurisdiction may sever the offending provision from this Agreement and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

Governing law

The provisions of the Agreement are subject to English law and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to resolve any disputes relating thereto.
