How can I spend my credit?
To spend your virtual credit, you need to login before you start your hotel search.
A discount will be automatically calculated and the hotel rates will be reduced where applicable.
What is the difference between Gold credit and Silver credit?
- Gold credit can be converted to real money in full when you book a hotel stay at Hotelplayer.com.
- Silver credit can be converted to real money in part (or in full) according to several factors including, but not limited to, the lenght of stay, the total price and the actual amount of your credit.
How long after my action will my credit accrue to my account?
Most actions will accrue your virtual credit immediately. Just when you or your friends book via one of our partners, the credit may be added a few days after the hotel stay.
How can I track my credit?
You can check your actual credit on the My Hotelplayer page under the 'My Credit' section.
Can I earn Hotelplayer credit outside of this site?
No, not at the moment.
What limitations apply to the use of my credit?
Hotelplayer credit can only be redeemed when booking online through Hotelplayer.com.

Can I transfer my credit to another account?
No, sorry. Hotelplayer credit cannot be transferred to other accounts.
